Terms of Service

Ferrum Service Manager is a job board for home-service shops: dispatch, scheduling, customers, invoices, and a read-only customer portal. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time. We try to keep the service up, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

New shops start with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. The shop owner controls invites and membership.

Paid plans are billed in advance by Stripe on a monthly or annual cycle at the shop rate shown at checkout or on /pricing. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for each renewal.

If a paid plan lapses, you keep access to the app frozen at the last allowed build until a paid plan is active again. Your business data is not deleted just because a payment lapses.

Trial. The 14-day trial is free; it ends with no charge unless you subscribe.

Monthly plans. Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; we do not refund partial months.

Annual plans. Cancel any time; the plan stays active through the paid year. Pro-rated refunds of the unused portion may be issued at our discretion — write to [email protected].

• Use the service lawfully and only for your own business.
• Do not probe, overload, or interfere with the service or other tenants.
• Do not resell access or misrepresent the service as your own.
• You are responsible for the data you enter, including customer contact details.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

You retain ownership of your shop’s data. You grant us the rights needed to store and serve it back to you. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how we handle it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
